Justice Dept. asks court to reinstate Biden`s vaccination policy for businesses

Under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules, private employers with more than 100 workers must require staff to get vaccinated or face weekly testing and mandatory masking. A federal appeals court temporarily halted the policy before dozens of legal challenges were consolidated before the 6th Circuit.
